After the Covid-19 epidemic, the ITO field is dealing with difficult changes in both domestic and international markets. The Vietnam Digital Technology Alliance (VNITO Alliance) hosted a series of activities, including a workshop titled "ITO Market, Impact, and Orientation 2023" and a "Year End Party & Networking," to debate the current and orientation of the ITO market in 2023. Simultaneously, it supports in connecting and promoting firms in the same field to become stronger and more developed in both regional and global marketplaces.

Ms. Quyen Nguyen, CEO SHAREWORK and Vice President of VNITO, discussed some of VNITO Japan's core operations, creating B2B activities that connect Japanese clients with Vietnamese enterprises by combining companies in several Japanese provinces, exhibition events, and B2B activities. She also discussed the challenges and opportunities for the ITO area in the Japanese market in 2023. VNITO introduces partners in Japan and focuses on development to assist build its network in Japan.
Mr. An Mai, Vice President of VNITO, shared his thoughts on the European ITO market as well as his opinions on currency difficulties. The European market has been badly hit by Covid-19 attack, the Ukraine war, inflation, and other factors,... resulting in a general condition of staff reduction. The key to company success is a competent staff, reasonable pricing, and, most importantly language ability.
The seminar provides organizations with a more broad perspective and helps them plan for changes in the next year.
