- Job Description: 

• Inquiries handling (phone + email) related to shipment status
• Contact with suppliers (phone + email) and forwarders to check shipment status 
• Documents verification for inbound process (bill of lading, invoices, etc.)

- Job Requirements: 

• Advanced Japanese (N3 and Above)
• Quite Good English Communication
• Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management is a plus
• Well versed in using office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
