- Working Method: Remote Working

- Working Time: 10pm - 6am (Monday to Friday)

- Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to users and project teams(onsite/remote)
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide guidance and training to users on current/new technologies, IT processes, and policies to enhance technology adoption
  • Identify hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

- Job Requirements:

  • Good English Communication
  • Previous relevant experience in customer service/support, client services or technical support role
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and technical support
  • A keen eye for detail with a technical, logical thought process
  • Deadline-focused time management skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus in high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience supporting apple laptops, desktops & tablets is a plus.
