- Job Description:
- Receive requests of departments in the company, make recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans;
- Carry out recruitment activities for IT positions as required;
- Search and propose effective recruitment channels;
- Screen resumes, contact and arrang interviews;
- Maintain and improve recruitment process;
- Build a database of candidates suitable to the recruitment needs of the Company;
- Making recruitment progress reports;
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in recruiting IT positions;
- Understanding and proficiently using recruitment channels, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin...;
- Effective planning and organization skills;
- Communication skills, negotiation, know how to build external relationships;
- The spirit of learning, hard work, able to work under pressure;
- Responsible for assigned work, good teamwork;
- English is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience in recruiting senior level, key person;
- Experience as headhunter in IT field.
