- Job Description: 

  • Receive requests of departments in the company, make recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans;
  • Carry out recruitment activities for IT positions as required;
  • Search and propose effective recruitment channels;
  • Screen resumes, contact and arrang interviews;
  • Maintain and improve recruitment process;
  • Build a database of candidates suitable to the recruitment needs of the Company;
  • Making recruitment progress reports;
  • Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience in recruiting IT positions;
  • Understanding and proficiently using recruitment channels, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin...;
  • Effective planning and organization skills;
  • Communication skills, negotiation, know how to build external relationships;
  • The spirit of learning, hard work, able to work under pressure;
  • Responsible for assigned work, good teamwork;
  • English is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Experience in recruiting senior level, key person;
  • Experience as headhunter in IT field.
