- Job Description:

  • Receive inquiries/problems from users by call and support them to close them
  • Create, maintain, and update communication logs from users
  • Submit regular reports for SLA and KPI results to project manager in accordance with client standard procedure and templates 
  • Collaborate, cooperate and liaise appropriately in each project phase with business members as well as colleagues in support teams in onsite and offshore with the objective of sharing information without omission and/or error whenever required 
  • Provide translation service from Japanese to English and vice vasa for documents which are created by SAP project teams if required 
  • Collaborate, coordinate and liaise appropriately in each project phase with onsite and offshore team members and vendors with the objective of avoiding lack of information 
  • Provide reports which are issued from SAP ERP system to the relevant members as well as translate the report between Japanese and English if necessary
  • Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned to operational and strategic objectives.
