- Assist in managing travel plans for all staff
includes booking for airlines, trains, cabs and hotels
- Ensure that the best rates and travel and stay
plans are opted for at all times
- Coordinate and email the plans, booking details
to all employees
- Handle visa applications and formalities for the
employees as needed
- Maintain and swiftly resolve employee feedback
of hotels and travel facilities as needed
- Maintain the monthly travel expense sheet.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any studies
- Experience in Customer Services fields
- Good at English to communicate with customers
via phone, email or any social media platforms
- Timely Communication (Oral and written) &
Escalations
- Strong interpersonal with sense of initiative
and communication skills required.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new things
